Emergency Operations Center is a structure that is part of the health care system of Ukraine and is under the authority of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Center). The activity of the Center consists in collecting, summarizing, systematizing and analyzing information about possible, potential risks and those emergency situations that already exist; creating and maintaining Rapid Response Team activity; training and forming personnel reserves with the necessary competencies and skills for working with incidents, etc. In case of emergencies , the Center is called upon to implement an operational response to eliminate them, jointly with other institutions of the system and international partners.
